(1) Passengers sign in the airline company website and lookup the needed flight information;
(2) Airline company website searches for the relative flight information through the reservation system ICS;
(3) After the passengers confirm the date, flight, seat, price and other reservation information, the website will place an order and send the payment request to the web banks, which will send the payment information to the website after passengers pay the bills;
(4) Airline company website finishes the E-tickets through the ICS system and turns the ET condition into “Open for use”. The green stripes on the tickets show the check-in procedure online;
(5) Passengers resign in the website. If they don’t sign up after the order, they needn’t resign in;
(6) Airline company website visits the departure system DCS through the terminal emulation mode. Under the direction on the passenger web, passengers can transact the procedures, make seat, food choices and so on. After check-in procedure, ET condition turns into check-in;
(7) After check-in, the website informs the passengers through the webpage and sends the ET information (name, E-ticket number, PNR code, ET condition of check-in) and mobile phone number to the barcode platform;
(8) Barcode standard platform will encode check-in information into boarding pass printing certificate and send it to passengers’ mobile phones. The blue stripe shows the procedure of boarding pass printing which passengers will have to handle in the airport.
