Technical Standard and Major Requirements of Boarding-pass printing:
1.Thermal printing property
A.Color chromogenic sensitivity
CONTRAST---MIN printing condition
PAPER TYPE---RICOH 120 LCS
Sufficient color, gradation testing is 60%~65% (black area)
B.Color chroma
Color should be deep, black, with no white spot, coating cloth marks or fingerprint. Trim-edged color with no indentation under the magnifier. Distinct color of white and black with small, obvious transition part after baking the color.
C.Full-top coating technics, smooth surface, hard glaze, grease proof, water proof (reducing the wear of the header), cleaning-free. Low mechanical external force color sensitivity, and no color when collided or scratched. Enclosed testing paper sample in standard printing condition when delivering the boarding passes.
2.Thermal paper thickness
A 190g/m2, thickness 0.18~0.19mm, strong hardness and good hand feel suitable for all kinds of printers.
3.Size
A.Local standard (without circular arch)
long bill: 8inches (length), 80mm~82mm.
short bill: 7.375 inches (length), 80mm~82mm.
B.Tolerance of size
width <0.10mm
length: error<0.10mm
recognition<0.10mm
edge size error of 800 pieces of paper piled <0.50mm
C.Tearout
- Coating panel printing: conforming to IATA, thin ink printing with no heavy metal to reduce the friction of the header, with monochromatic to quadchromatic color printing available.
- Back-side printing: quadchromatic color printing and UA
- The relative size of the die-cutting line and printing characters: should not be overlapped, the die-cutting line 2mm? from the printing characters

Technical Standard and Major Requirements of Thermal baggage tag Printing:
1.Specification
A.Trimmed size: 482.6 mm(±0.3)× 54 mm (±0.3)
B. Body paper size: length54 mm×width19” (482.6 mm)
C. Surface paper size: length476.6 mm(±0.3)× width 51 mm (±0.3)
2. Material
A. Name: compound adhesive, waterproofing performance waterproof
B. Body paper thickness 6.0-7.0, transmissivity ≥52%, waterproof glaze needed to paint on the back side should not turn up.
C. Make sure printing length conforms to the standard mentioned-above before the production. If not, take proper measure solution to reproduce.
D. Maintains the paper original whiteness, cannot be scratched or colored
3. Stickiness
A. Guarantee stickiness: stainless steel plate 2 minute 180 peeling strength ≥25-30N.
B. When the body paper pasted, the waste paper must be torn up. Thickness of the adhesive should be between 2.0±0.5 nm
C. The peeling strength of surface paper and body paper is between 15-30g.
4. Printing
A. Layout design, character size, the thickness and thinness of stroke conforming to the template (no obvious difference with eye-view).
B. Printing color conforming to the template (no obvious difference with eye-view).
C. Clear pattern, character printing, and layout with no blur, blot, smear or strip-shaped and lumpy printing ink.
D. One-side chromatography ≤0.3mm, double-side chromatography≤0.5mm.
5. Die cutting
A. testing simple pit 15mm(±0.3)×3 mm(+0.5), hole bottom border extending to the edge of paper 14 mm(±0.5mm).
B. The label front cutter is semipermeable die cutting that can cut through the surface paper without the reach of the body paper; the back cutter must cut thorough the body paper without the reach of the synthetic paper.
C. Printing and the die cutting route ≤0.5mm.
D. the paper cut with no deckle edge, body paper and the label route ≤0.4 mm, back printing and cutting route ≤0.5 mm.
E. rolling up after die cutting, no overlapping between tickets, narrow slit, gap length to≤0.3 mm.
6. Packing
A. Clean up the waste and paper scraps completely.
B. Clear paper with no grease, obvious fingerprint, paper scrap, dust. ?Good texture, neat and trim edge.
C. Joint: the joint should on the trimmed splice place between papers. Gummed paper pasted on the non-coating side in the consistent direction, a roll (pile) cannot have more than 2 joints maximum, the quantity of joint can not surpass 5%.
D. Rolling pattern: In rolls
E. Paper core specification: According to actual operation demands.
